How does the 30 Day Free Trial work?
If you cancel your account before your free trial ends you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation and we don't prorate for partial months. What is a Team Member?
A Team Member includes the Agents or Property Managers that you would like to deliver invitations and receive feedback for. Team Members also include any office staff that you would like to have access to RealSatisfied reports and data.
What web browsers can be used with RealSatisfied?
RealSatisfied works with Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+, Safari 4+, and Chrome 4+. Note: Surveys received by your customers will work in all browsers.
Am I committed to a long-term contract?
No. RealSatisfied is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay each month. If you cancel, you won't be billed again.
Do I need to add Team Members when I sign-up?
Start by signing up for our Base Account - after that you may add Team Members as and when you need them. The 30 Day Free Trial includes as many Team Members as you like. Following the Trial your monthly fee is based on the number of active Team Members you have plus the Base Account fee.
What types of payment do you accept?
As an online service we currently only accept online credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Once you register your card with us we take care of payments and billing automatically each month.
Sorry we can't accept cheques or PayPal.
